On these primitive tracts, visitors may enjoy biking, hiking, horseback riding, and wildlife viewing on administrative roads, in addition to hunting on the Sunnyvale tract, part of the Log Landing Wildlife Management Area.

The Manatee South tract joins the southern boundary of Manatee Springs State Park. All of the Manatee Springs South tract on the west side of NW 132nd Place is leased to Manatee Springs State Park.

Access

New Pine Landing tract:

Access is by river only.

Sunnyvale tract from Old Town:

Travel south on CR 349, turn left on SE 198th Avenue to the Sunnyvale tract entrance.

Manatee Springs South tract from Chiefland:

Travel west on CR 320, turn left on NW 107th Terrace; at the 90° right turn the road becomes NW 132nd Place; travel 2.5 miles and the entrance is on the left.
