In north Florida we have started the month of November with abundant rainfall, especially compared to the last two months. Most areas in the Suwannee River Water Management District received over 2 inches of rain during the first two weeks of November (see attached graphic). Average rainfall (1932-2107) District wide over the past 30 years for November is 2.31 inches. Live Oak in particular has been a rainfall hot spot in the last two weeks, with over 5 inches between November 1 and 15th. Average November rainfall in Suwannee County (1931-2017) is 2.53 inches.
